Privacy Statement for Ann Clayton.Com

Ann Clayton Realty has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site: annclayton.com

Depending how you use our Web site, certain types of personal and non-personal information may be generated and collected.  For example, you may give us your name or email address when you complete a registration screen, respond to a questionnaire or submit an e-mail to us.  Any personal information that you provide to us will be used by us primarily to fulfill the stated objective for which the information was requested or collected (e.g. if information is provided as a result of you e-mailing us, we will use the information provided, such as e-mail address, to respond to you).

We use an online program called TopProducer to keep track of all our correspondence, listing, emails, loans and information regarding the sale or purchase of your house.

When you have a listing or an escrow account you will be given your own personal website to log into so that you can track the status of your transaction on a daily basis.  This is provided by Top Producer.  That information is only accessible through the password we send you.  That password is generated automatically on my site and is available to no one else.

With TOP PRODUCER the security of your data is guaranteed. TOP PRODUCER guarantees it will not access or disclose any business data you enter in the course of using our applications, except in the following limited circumstances: to provide you with technical support, to install updates, to create regular backups or to restore data from backups.

How is my information protected?

TOP PRODUCER Systems uses the most advanced data security technology and practices available, and is committed to upgrading to more advanced technologies and practices as they become available. Currently, our data security system includes:

 •  State-of-the-art 128-bit SSL encryption to protect all your data as it travels over the Internet

•  State-of-the-art Raid 5 storage system that includes a series of "redundant" storage devices to protect against single device failure

•  Multiple network intrusion detection systems and virus scanners

•  Electronic access, video surveillance and 24/7 security guards

•  Hourly database backup performed on-site

•  Weekly system-wide data backup performed off-site

In short, your data is probably safer with us than in your office, at home or on the road. However, should you wish to make backups to your hard drive, CD, or disk, TOP PRODUCER includes an easy-to-use export feature that lets you do so anytime you wish.
